We accept returns of unused items within 30 days of delivery.

To request a return, contact us at https://perlaworks.com/pages/contact with your order number before sending the item back. We will provide return instructions and the correct return address.

For standard returns, the customer pays return shipping.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us with your order number and photos so we can review the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will contact you about the refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
